Jeff Warren has over 30 years of high quality legal and business experience, including as a successful partner in an AmLaw 100 law firm and co-manager of an institutionally backed venture capital firm. He is experienced in virtually all forms of M&A, finance and general commercial transactions, and fills the role of General Counsel for several clients. Jeff is particularly adept and adds value to early and developing stage companies who have the need for sophisticated and credible counsel, but who do not have the budget for a large firm. Jeff has been on the "business side," and takes an educated interest in the business of his clients so he can provide timely and efficient solutions-regularly investing his time to learn the dynamics and variables impacting a particular enterprise and the objectives of its constituents. Jeff often sits across the table from companies represented by large law firms, often large companies integral to or representing an exit for his clients. Jeff has represented several venture and hedge funds in fund formation and management. He has also had great success representing companies in regulatory disputes and enforcement matters. Jeff is also an advocate and an arbitrator: a member of the National Commercial Panel for the American Arbitration Association, he is generally selected to resolve disputes involving contractual or general commercial matters, finance issues or problems associated with hedge and other private funds. As a venture capitalist and member of several boards of directors, Jeff has himself been a consumer of the very services he provides and, as such, has a heightened sense of what it means to a client for a professional to take an honest interest in the objectives of the client and to be responsive, intellectually direct, polite and fair.
